I designed the 2023 edition of the State of Gender Equity in Tech report for Web Summit’s Women in Tech platform, turning data from a global survey of over 400 women into a visually compelling and accessible editorial piece.
The report highlighted key insights on workplace culture, representation, and leadership in tech, aiming to spark conversation and drive change across the industry.
In addition to the editorial layout, I created a series of custom infographics to clearly present complex data and amplify the voices behind the numbers. The design was crafted to feel both bold and inclusive—balancing clarity with a strong visual identity that aligned with the Women in Tech brand.
