Creative production for a 10-event European tour across six markets.

As Creative Production Lead at Facebook Dublin, I worked alongside a talented team—including a copywriter, a graphic designer, and a motion graphics specialist—to deliver one of our most ambitious projects: the Facebook Community Boost tour.
Over the course of a year, we brought this initiative to 10 cities across six European countries: the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Poland. With more than 10,000 attendees in total, the project combined large-scale event design with localized creative strategy.

Facebook Community Boost was launched to equip job seekers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses with digital skills and tools to grow their impact. Originally developed in the U.S., the program expanded to EMEA with a mission to foster digital empowerment across diverse communities.
Our team was responsible for adapting the brand identity to resonate with local audiences in Europe—while keeping the visual language cohesive across markets. We created everything from dedicated websites to full advertising campaigns, including out-of-home, digital, and print formats.

My creative team also led the creative production for each live event, including: stage design and motion graphics, branded installations and interactive exhibitions, printed materials and wayfinding, swag, props, and merchandise, and on-stage presentation design and video content
This was a massive cross-functional effort that combined strategic thinking with bold, accessible visuals—ensuring the brand experience felt both consistent and locally relevant in every city.
